CODY MACK, President, Chief Executive Officer
Company co-founder, Cody Mack has been a career musician for over 13 years and has run the gamut from being a band member, to band leader, to band manager. As a songwriter, producer, and session player, Cody has successfully released and promoted albums on the international market, as well as managed multiple cross-Canada and U.S. tours. He and his two sisters were raised in an entertainment family and he understands the complexities of the industry.

LORENA MCLAUCHLIN, VP, Chief Financial Officer
As the co-founder of MEM, Lorena is well-versed in the financial aspects of the entertainment industry. She has accounting experience with several high profile, successful bands and has handled millions of dollars of revenue over the last 17 years. Lorena has an extensive entertainment background as a former child actor, adult stunt performer, musician and singer. She and her brother, Cody are passionate about the industry and strive to help others succeed.
SCOTTY MACK, Contract Sales, Consultant
There is only only one word to describe Scotty Mack... Patriarch.
Scotty was a working-paid musician for over 50 years. As a lead-guitarist and pedal steel player, Scotty was always high in demand and knew how to market himself and his bands. Scott also has extensive sales and marketing education and knows how to close the deal. He has raised the McLauchlin Family in Entertainment and has passed along a wealth of information over the years to his children.
BERNETTA SCULLY, Administration / Accounting
Bernetta has worked in the industry for 12 years as Lorena's right-hand. The extent of her musical background is in wind instruments and she dabbles in acoustic guitar, but prefers to stay behind the scenes. Specializing in contracts, tour accounting/logistics and merchandise, she understands the complexities, as well as the fickle nature of the business. Bernetta is a talented accounting assistant and can bring organization as well as logistical dynamics to the otherwise chaotic career of an artist.

SHAUGHNESSY BLAKE, Payroll Specialist
Shaughnessy has an intensive and extensive background in payroll and accounting and has been in the financial industry for over 30 years. She is a rock-n-roll fanatic of all decades and genres and enjoys being in the industry, but prefers to stay in the shadows. She will however, always accept a ticket to a show and will probably be the one clapping and cheering the loudest and she thinks of her clients as her 'own'.

SHARYL RAINS, Media Relations
Being the 3rd sister of the McLauchlin Family, Sharyl is an author, singer, actor and roller-derby enthusiast. She grew up with Cody and Lorena under the influence of their musician father and author mother. Sharyl has been able to take the wealth of knowledge that has been passed down, along with the lessons learned, and has created her own brand and promotional campaigns which has taken her talent across Canada and the United States.
